We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects for 30 days. If you receive a defective item from us, please click here to contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. All defects will be replaced with the same title. If we are out of stock, you may choose to receive credit or a refund.

Unfortunately, the world is an imperfect place, and occasionally a disc may not play perfectly in your player. No problem! Just contact us within 30 days to let us know, and we'll Email you back instructions for returning the item. We will issue you a complete refund or exchange, whichever option you'd prefer.
